Some time ago I tweaked S805 as much as possible, kernel side there is no place for more improvement - or in other words I don't want to modify it to not break anything. A next build will include bumped libcec version, we'll see if this improves things for you.

Ok. Thanks!
I wait for it.

recently ive been having issues with the wired connection not staying checked, thus having no internet on the box at boot up. I then go back into the settings and check it again to get my internet back.
Does anyone have this issue?
Thanks

cartucho You can now build S805 from libreelec-8.2 branch.

I am new to LibreElec...
I can update via Settings--Addon?
-
Sorry, I was supposed to call filkint.
cartucho You can download 8.1.4 from Index of /s805/8.1.4/

Hi,
My box worked with m2d01 version but remote.conf for it doesn't work. Anyone can help please?
Thank you

Thank you, works...

Hey kszaq, do you plan also to have an odroid C1 image ready to be flashed?
As far as I remember it's S805 based.... I tried the only LE8 build for the C1 but all your work on libCEC is missing, hence CEC simply does not work (with Openelec my C1 worked like a charm with CEC, so it's not an hardware-related prob...)thanks
-
No, I don't have C1, no build is planned for this board.
-
update to 8.1.4... sadly CEC keeps disconnecting randomly
-
cartucho Sadly I cannot help more, the driver is tweaked as far as possible. Have you tried using a different HDMI cable?

Yes,
besides it is not the cable, because this dont appears in Android (in nand SuperCeleron 1.4b).
For Netflix I use Android for hours and CEC never disconnect...
strange..
Never happened to you? (i think I read what you have a Samsung TV also)
Thanks anyways for your work, your build is by far THE BEST for this device!

It used to happen but I fixed it long time ago. I also have to admit that for some time now I've been using a S905 device, S805 only sporadically for testing - and it works just fine.
Android uses a different CEC driver that is not compatible with libcec.

Anyone please?
Have you tried all 3 of the remote.conf files listed in the installation instructions? I have a box that needs the HD18q remote.conf with the remote.conf from M201.

kszaq, the driver in in the old Rasbmc and the new OSMC from Sam Nazarko works without this problems, (of course in the Raspberry Pi), it is possible to use that drivers in LibreElec?
Im not suggest what you make this in your distribution, but maybe you could guide me in the right direction to do it myself.
I know very little about linux, but I am a programmer in Windows enviroment so maybe with a litlle help I could make it work.
Thanks!
