Hi! I'm running TVHeadEnd 4.3, LibreELEC 9.2, and Kodi 18.5. I have TVHeadEnd set to download EPG data from zap2epg. Going to the TVH web interface at port 9981 shows the correct local times. Kodi's date/time and time zone is set correctly. However, when it pulls EPG data from TVH, it is an hour behind, e. g. Jeopardy! broadcasts at 7:30 PM but displays as broadcasting at 8:30 PM. This may create a huge issue with recording timers and is also inconvenient to deal with in the various channel menus. I have tried clearing the PVR and EPG data several times and resyncing but to no avail. How may I go about resolving this issue?

It may not work. But what fixed the issue from your title was this:
In Kodi, go to System/Settings/PVR & Live TV Settings/ here select to clear(delete) TV program or EPG data kind of option and restart the device, then wait for the EPG to download and show.

You should be able to find a wrong time offset somewhere, perhaps in TVH.
