Raspberry pi 4b firmware update

    I'm wondering if someone can help me with how to update the firmware on my new Raspberry pi 4b.

    The new firmware is supposed to help with heat issue but I can't seem to figure out how to install it.

    If I'm posting in the wrong place please let me know.

    AFAIK: The firmware will not solve all heat issues. The issue is inherent in the chips used in the RPi4. Increased ventilation, heatsinks, fans or a Flirc case are known solutions.
