Friend of mine bought OrangePi PC but it's older revision model, v1.2. On Sunxi page it says that v1.3 has thinner memory chips than v1.2, will that make any practical difference in running LE?

If thickness is the only difference, then not.

This is my log when my pine64plus boots.
If you can / want to have look.
I have checked but i am.clearly not that expert to know.what is wrong.
Thank you for the 9.8 build
CEC is working with your build as i thought.
Also initial setup went well.
I just need to install new skin and what i need manually as no repo. But hopefully it will be ok.

No CEC issue in the log...
It just shows cec adapter starting and connecting but then does not connect anywhere.
Any suggestions what can i try or which direc5ion to dig?

No, not really. I guess some digging around code and adding some debug output would be needed...
-

norberto_ Please test all 3 updates here: Index of /test/cec/ Hopefully at least one of them will work for you. All contain some CEC driver modifications.
Note that addons repo always targets latest nightly images only (they can be few days out of sync when Kodi is updated).
EDIT: Please provide output of dmesg for each update.

Hello, I tried service.aml-vnc for kodi matrix on Orange Pi PC (I know it is H3 and not aml) with LibreELEC-H3.arm-10.0-nightly-20210313-c5d7822-orangepi-pc and makes the connection smoothly, but instead of displaying the kodi desktop, it displays the initial screen with the Libreelec logo. Would there be any solution to this? I could be able to test through the remote desktop.

I know it is H3 and not aml..
^ devices using GBM/V4L2 (Allwinner, Amlogic, NXP, Raspberry Pi, Rockchip, etc.) do not support VNC and that's not likely to change anytime soon.

Anybody noticed microfreezes during video playback with 24p on H6 (Orange Pi3)? Legacy RPi2 plays lot of movies smoothly, while OPi3 has annoing microfreezes

norberto_ nothing interesting there either. Which is the last image that works for you (that you know)?
AZukr make sure you have appropriate refresh rate set. If it set to 30 Hz, then yes, microstutters will be noticeable. At 60 Hz it should not be really noticeable. Best way to avoid them altogether is to have refresh rate set to multiple of fps (there is option to set this automatically before playback), but that's not always possible. Note that comparison to legacy RPi2 means nothing to me, whole playback stack has nothing in common with H6.
