Will LibreElec support the recently announced Khadas Vim3? I am aware that there are plans to support Odroid N2 which has the same SOC as the Vim3.

As we support VIM1 and VIM2 the chances are high, it all depends if the devs can get the hardware to test LE on.

Yes, the VIM3 will be supported .. along with all other Amlogic G12A/B devices that someone creates an upstream device-tree for.

LE supports VIM3 (all variants) for some time, but only using mainline kernel images which are in rather raw state - nightlies will resume at some point soon. The better option will be the current CE image which can be installed using the Khadas Krescue downloader/SDcard.
