Create a USB install stick then. Most (not all, but most) will boot from a USB if no SD card is found.

I unpacked him. I have written in LibreELEC USB-SD creator img on usb stick.

As far as I remember, you don't unpack. you burn the image, then replace the device tree with the one for your device

I don't know. So try them all, you don't need to recreate the image, just rename & replace the dtb.img file

Does it look like it's booting from the USB and failing or just going straight to Android?
Do you see any messages on screen?
Having read around via Google I see some people suggesting using the built in updater tool or the libreelec android app 'Reboot to libreelec'.
I don't own the box but randomly was reading some articles on this. Sorry can't be more specific.
If, like my Mecool M8S Pro L there isn't a reset button, as said, install an android app, Terminal Emulator & reboot update. Or, as you plug the power lead in, press the context button on the remote several times quickly.

How are you pressing the reset button?
Also, perhaps you need to create the images on a microsd card, perhaps this device won't boot from usb
Looks like run the Android app Reboot App on Play Store or run the command "reboot update" using Terminal Emulator on Play Store as Bubblegum57 stated.

OK I pressed several times context buton during booted and I see LibreELEC.
I see now "Welcom to LibreELEC
but not work remote controll (does not respond at all).
use a keyboard, after the initial setup you will have to get a remote conf file to get the remote working
