Pls try alpha 007 as soon it is out, it based at 4.19 and maybe fixed already your issue.
Just tried with 007, same problem on same files.

The shutdown problem on the wetek play 1 is also still occurring with 007.

... when power off the box does not turn off.
The shutdown problem does not occur anymore on my wetek play 1 running LibreELEC version 8.90.009.
