Not playing RTMP streams [Krypton alpha]

Installation silently fails on LE repo item:

InputStream Client for RTMP streams using librtmp

Log says:

ERROR: ADDON: no available versions of inputstream.rtmp

It's a known issue with the current inputstream.rtmp add-on. Will be fixed with 7.90.005, not sure if there's going to be a temporary fix in the meantime.

The issue is back in v7.90.009 ALPHA

trying to install the add-on from the repo doesn't work

no clue why it doesnt work using a normal install via kodi gui, however:

manual install via ssh works
wget inputstream.rtmp-1.0.3.zip
