Hi CvH, is your latest build 7.0.2?
Is the plan to release a new one when v8 is ready, or are there any in between?

Hi CvH,
I would also appreciate a build for v8. My Technotrend TT-connect CT-3650 is not working since 7.95.1. My current guess is use media_build for dvb drivers by CvH · Pull Request #1073 · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub. Is there a way to reverse to the standard kernel modules without recompiling? Unfortunately, I do not have a build machine available.
More details at thread-4152.html.
Thanks!
yes it includes dw2102: Combine SU3000 (and OEM) support
Hi CvH thanks for all the work. The links you provided for the the RP2/RP3 files are stale which is to be expected as its a test version from months ago. I grabbed the LE 8 Beta 3 which has the code from your test and this seems to work fine with the HD Star V3 PCB. I'm still waiting for the tuning to complete / map services but I could watch SD TV fine. HD had some buffering but its on a low spec box (Rasberry Model B) that is still tuning in new channels in background
Thanks Again
Seth.
Hi CvH,
I would appreciate if you looked into my issue here. You may have an idea how to solve it.
Should I install your build with specific driver?
Thanks
Hi CVH,
It would be nice when you can create a image with ddbridge driver included from latest beta. I was using the last one from your test folder. But really want to update to the new one.
Thank you in advance.

I was using the last one from your test folder.
I release with next beta (2-3 days) - have to clean my build folder first
Hi,
I bought T230C USB Stick for my Cubox 4i-Pro but it is not working.
I tried to install LibreElec 7.0.3 from LibreELEC.USB-SD.Creator and still do not work.
I saw that I need to copy 2 fw files but I do not understand how to copy them to "/lib/firmware/" to resolve my problem.
Please Advise

there is no image that supports it, you can ask vpeter if he build you an image with media_build then the stick is supported

Thank for your response.
Sorry for the question but who is vpeter?
Is there a way to update my existing LibreElec image with the correct firmware or build a new image?

Support for this stick is only via media_build, not even the latest linux kernel supports it. So you need an image that includes media_build.

Hi CvH,
could you compile a new build with ddbridge drivers?
Is there a how to for compiling builds with working ddbridge?
Then I can compile by my own. And don't have to bother you.

I currently wait for the LE8.0.0 release (aka final) - should be ready soon.
Can't wait! Thanks!

I always compile the dddvb drivers myself for LibreElec and/or OpenElec.
I then load the drivers using the autostart.sh script of Kodi (or one could use the method as described in /storage/.config/modules-load.d/README I guess - never done that though).
Recently I added the instructions on how to do this on my site here:
Projects: Miscellaneous
or download it directly here:
dockerelec.tar.gz
Note that the LibreElec kernel must be compiled before you can build the dddvb drivers. So first build LibreElec and then the dddvb driver.
CrazyCat, when will be official release LibreElec 8 with yours drivers for T230 0.2 modification which is now as beta?

I think you are a bit confused
We at LE use the drivers from crazycat, the T230 is already supported at the official LE8 images.

thanks! But, i forgot mention that I'm using RPi2. Sutuation is that your release 1.66 stop working with my T230 after my DVB-C provider has changed channels frequency. So, I decided to install this beta version:
LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-7.90.010-4.9.0-TBS-T230C-0.2.img.gz
and working fine. Before I install official LibreElec 8, can you confirm, that this official release include 0.2 drivers T230 for RPi2 ???
We use the crazycat drivers at the official image and T230 and T230C works there.
