LibreELEC 8.x images for additional dvb drivers

scanning parameters are fine because with that parameters i can scan fine at desktop pc, si2168 branch was included in this build? or it is the master branch?

sorry, no success. I tried both drivers (digital devices and digital devices manufacturer) after clean installs.

That's what I'm talking about. Instead of having to download your images which are just an extra few kernel modules, the modules are installed via an addon. The kernel would need to insmod compatible modules from the addon folder. Each addon would be tied to a particular Libreelec release, presuming that the kernel version had changed.

Is there any move towards making that happen? Or even just including your modules and the dvb driver addon as a system addon with LibreElec releases. Disabled by default.

I'm sure it could be scripted but yes still a lot of effort to get it up and running

What about modifying the update / download url for libreelec releases to cvh.libreelec.tv and have updates happen inside kodi ?

thanks for trying will try to look online for some answer. did email them and they have not answered

real shame as the only reason i bought it was because it was a combo tuner, worst case i might have to buy a usb cable tuner
