Build issue from master - Cant download plymouth-lite-0.6.0.tar.bz2

Seem to be having a an issue with the build getting this package, can anyone help?

Thanks for confirming. Have just tried hard coding the URL of plymouth-lite-0.6.0.tar.bz2 in the package file and will see if that works. Kinda worrying that I get redirected to a random third party site.

Mhm, you got resolved sources.libreelec.tv to 163.172.166.199. Seems this is some old IP address used before. But now it is 138.68.75.163. Try set IP address directly but I assume you will have bunch of similar problems.

Or just put this address in hosts file to skip dns server.

Thanks again Vpeter, there was an old hosts file entry which I must have put there months ago.

Out of interest what would I need to do to get the Intel igbvf and ixgbevf Virtual Functions included in the mainline? (They are just a kernel option and the only reason I have to build from source)

You need to adjust linux kernel config LibreELEC.tv/linux.x86_64.conf at master · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub. Both

CONFIG_IGBVF and CONFIG_IXGBEVF are not set. Just change both to y

It works and I have been running from my last build for months. What I wanted was try to get it included as standard in the normal Libreelec builds.

Krobar submit a pull request on github with a reasonable explanation for why the config change is needed and it will be considered. As a general rule enabling a couple of minor drivers isn't a big deal and shouldn't be an problem.

Tried a PR but it seems only VirtIO is wanted and no love for SRIOV but thanks anyway.
