No, it's amlogic bug in deinterlace code.

For me all FullHD h264 channels with r_frame_rate=25/1, avg_frame_rate=25/1 have this bug

Video: h264 (High) ([27][0][0][0] / 0x001B), yuv420p(tv, bt709, top first), 1920x1080 [SAR 1:1 DAR 16:9], 25 fps, 25 tbr, 90k tbn, 50 tbc

No, i meant it looks good for me with disabled deinterlacing. With enabled i have the same issue.

Does anyone know that is this issue in progress at the moment?

I have this same problem in my S905W (wrxtasy's LibreELEC-S905.arm-8.2.5-Chroma.422.10bit).

1920 x 1080i with HW deinterlacing "On":

With HW deinterlacing "Off":

I have also tested it with newest CoreElec without any change, same problem (Red line appear on live tv(pvr) - Kodi - CoreELEC Forums)

It would be nice to get this fixed. I was petty disappointed to find this. They say that in Amlogic 1920 x 1080/AVC/MKV/25.00fps - Interlaced shoud have "Excellent deinterlacing".
