I install last libreelec for s805 but i don't see the addons-menu with pvr ? why?

you need to install them manually. install from repo > libreelec repo > pvr

My friends also say that non work, i think your repo have cache and don't install add-ons but you see the list. You can try to download addon from a repo?

just downloaded an audio encoder from libreelec repo and it works

It's the responsibility of the community developer whose image you are using to provide addons. LE has never shipped an S805 image so we have no add-on repo for S805 devices.
