Audio dropouts on HDMI - SPDIF not affected

  • Hi,

I'm running LibreELEC on a Wetek Play 2. I'm connected to my TV via HDMI, and I'm using the SPDIF output to my amplifier.

I've noticed for some time either when playing a video, playing music or streaming internet radio, that the audio drops out, and it seems random. The picture is unaffected.

  • You enabled debug logging after you selected the file to play.

To provide a debuglog, please enable debug logging, reboot and then reproduce your issue. don´t turn debugging of as long as it takes to reproduce the issue.

    Unfortunately that´s not helpful.

  • Hi, sorry, I'm not really sure what I'm doing.

I've attached a log file, after enabling debugging. The dropout occurred at 22:24, 22:25, 22:26 and 22:27 when listening to music.

  • Could you try version 8.2.3? With 8.2.4 i've also audio loss after some time of playing self recorded HD .ts files, but with older it's working

  • I was using 8.2.3 until a few days ago when I updated. I had the same problem before a was hoping 8.2.4 might have fixed it.
