Much better! The only thing is: it is showing the time now upside down 😊
Could you fix this or point me in the direction how to do it myself?
Thank you!

Senseohasser Can you tell me what indicators it has on the sides of the clock? Or take a picture that shows them well?
If you can see the time, fixing it shouldn't be too difficult, we just need to figure out what display configuration the box has.
Senseohasser Ok, one of these two should work. Please let me know which one of them works.
You also need to install the OpenVFD Service (addon) to get the icons to light up.
Icons work after installing the service, but the time is still upside down (with both VFDs)
Senseohasser Sorry, tx92-1-vfd.zip had a typo, try it again.
YES, now it works!
Thanks, great job!
Senseohasser Great, thanks for testing.
Hello i use Magicsee N5 with FD6551. Is it any support or working conf for this controller?
Hello, do you guys know how to make this work on x95 pro 2/16? It has a s905x chip, using libreelec 8.2.3.1.
Thanks!
Hi. If still need, you can try it - a95xpro-vfd.zip
Tested on CE
As promised several months ago .. these changes should make using OpenVFD easier openvfd: reimplement openvfd support by chewitt · Pull Request #3227 · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub
Long-term goal is to add a conf pick-list in the settings add-on, but that depends on my Python skills which are a bit rubbish
Any hope to get a working vfd.conf for a T95 S1 box?
It has a s905w chip, working LE dtb.img is gxl_p281_1g.dtb
controller image:
attached the extracted dtb.img
Thanks in advance
fabri22 Try the t95m-s905x-vfd.conf on your box, should work.

Thanks for reply ... and your work
That file (t95m-s905x-vfd.conf) works fine on the T95 S1box when running the last CoreELEC 8.95.7.
It doesn't work when running the glorious LibreELEC 8.2.3.1 by Kszaq.
fabri22 for 8.2, see this post: LED (VFD) Displays in LibreELEC

Thanks again man.
I will try what you suggested and let you know.
Is there a way to dim the display? I just got a second box (Vorke Z6 this time) and the display is annoyingly bright...
First world problem, I know.
If not, how do I turn the display off when the box is on?
Senseohasser Install the OpenVFD Service add-on and go into the settings, it's one of the first options that you see.
You can turn the display off from there as well.
