Im wondering if theres an addon for Libreelec that can create a DNS server such as pi-hole / dnsmasq?
Got an Raspberry PI 3 and thinking it should be able to do both things... But im not a nerd so looking for an easy to deal wth solution...

No, but there's the next best thing which is Docker. Basically lets you run anything you like in a container. Some effort required to learn the basics though.
