I need to add a folder. I need to add a Music Video folder and a Movie folder. I have to do this from within LibraELEC, no SSH. I have been staring at the file manager for at least 30min and cant figure out how to add a folder. Sorry for all the newbie questions.

Again LibraELEC ?!? What is wrong with LibreELEC?
You need to be in an existing folder first for the context menu to display the "Create folder" option.

I think you mean, you want to add a folder so that it, & the files inside, are scanned to the library.
