Cannot complete RP3 setup: "Remote share - Couldn't connect to network server."

Hello:

Newbie Alert! This is my first time attempt to setup LibreELEC on a Raspberry Pi 3.

LibreELEC (official) version 8.0.2 Build: Kodi 17.3 Git: 147cec4

IP address: 192.168.0.107

Problem: Add ** I received the following error msg: Unable to connect - Couldn't retrieve directory information. This could be due to the network not being connected. Would you like to add it anyway?. Yes or No. I selected "Yes"

When, in File manager, I click .fusion (the name I gave) I get the following error msg: "Remote share - Couldn't connect to network server."

Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem?

Well Mr Thompson,

Unfortunately you have not bothered to read our forum rules, and thus also missed the LibreELEC and Kodi stance on video piracy, which is very simple: no support whatsoever for illegal addons/repositories, and that includes the one you mentioned.

Add-ons are "banned" under forum/kodi rules; not "illegal" as that invokes reference to laws of a specific country which is a nebulous concept for a global internet based project.
