    Obviously it´s hard to differ between DVD and BluRay ;)

    what are the specific-DVD-keys?

    There are no DVD-keys, because:

    BR media will be different - there you need to add a keys DB.

    BR = BluRay

    A BluRay isn´t a DVD. It´s not even similar beside the fact there´s a movie on it.

    But see this please: Blu-ray [LibreELEC.wiki]

    Please be aware, that the playback of native BluRay discs is still an experimental feature and not every BluRay will work with that. Some will work, others might not.

    Sorry, we can´t give any kind of support in that case as long as you have all those banned add-ons and repositories installed.

    Please remove all banned repos and also the add-ons from there. then try to reproduce your issue and if it still exists, please provide a new clean logfile which shows the explained behaviour.

    This: https://kodi.wiki/view/official:forum_rules/banned_add-ons

    Also counts for this forum.

    Thanks

    Thanks for your log, but only because you get a blue screen after the splash doesn't mean you have the same problem like the OP asked for. I don't want to sound ungrateful, but your issue is not related at all to the issue the OP has and if you want to get that solved, I recommend to open a new thread with your own issue

    The same counts for -Paulchen- , el_commandante and also maybe for viper4le (not too sure). Please open your own threads which all contain your own logfiles and descripe your own problem. Please respect the OP asking for his problem and please stop hijacking others threads as we currently (at this thread here) working on:

    I launched a fresh install of LibreElec 9, and i restored only xml files (sources, media, keymap etc..)

    I have multiple bugs on wetek play 2, sometimes i can't play a movie (after watching tv with hdhomerun), but many times i have short black screen (5 seconds)...

    Are there other people with these bugs?

    So please only answer to this thread if you have problems playing a movie after watching liveTV (prefered backend in this case is HDHomerun)

    Xianghua regarding your problem, also please submit a log so we can see what happens here. I suspect a refreshrate switch and probably your TV might be a bit slow on that. Could that be possible?

    "kodi-send" does not give any kind of succeed or fail indication.

    That's true and probably something which could be improved. No promisses it will be

    But the screenshot problem seems to have cleared up after a reboot, so I cant reproduce it now.

    On other Kodi installations (on Ubuntu for example), there's no default screenshot folder set and by running that command once you'll get a dialog which asks to which folder those screenshots should be saved. After selecting a specific folder, and directly after you selected it check the guisettings.xml, you will see that this setting is not stored yet. It will be written into guisettings.xml after a reboot. Normally it should have a direct effect, but sometimes a reboot/restart helps in those cases.

    Normally, if Kodi logs, that something is written into a specific folder, it should be the case that it's like that. Otherwise you would see a log entry that writing that file failed for whatever reason. As you can't reproduce that issue anymore, I guess we can see this problem as solved.

    If you have other problems, the context menu for example, please share a debuglog which shows the button presses you normally do to bring up the context menu. We can't do anything without a logfile and we would not like to 'guess' ;)

    You have banned add-ons and repositories on your system.

    Remove all repositories and also the add-ons which came from those repos. Then try to reproduce your problem if it still exists.

    To reduce the size of the log:

    1. enable debug logging in settings -> system -> logging -> enable debug logging

    2. restart Kodi !!!!!!

    3. reproduce your issue as fast as you can (don't do anything else)

    4. use the log uploader.

    But anyway, you need to remove those add-ons and repositories first as you won't get support while those are installed.

    yeah, that would mean you are using playlists.

    Could you please share a logfile reproducing this issue? Please don't forget to enable debug logging if you do so. The problem you are mentioning

    I tried myself with a smartplaylist currently and it works as expected. Estuary shows the correct moviename is I bring up the video OSD and also Yatse is showing the correct name.

    Also please make sure you update Yatse to the latest version.

    could you try to add:

    #!/bin/sh

    as the first line to your autostart.sh file and remove the redirects and see if that fixes something?

    For example:

    Bash
    #!/bin/sh
    (
    setserial /dev/ttyS0 uart unknown
    modprobe serial_ir
    )&

    if you don't use parantheses before and after the commands the startup process will be hold until those commands have been finished. Adding them and use the "&" after them causes the commands to be run in background.

    Please check if you have set up a static IP at your device and if so, make sure the first three values are the same as for your modem:

    192.168.1.xxx

    if your device has a static IP set from the older modem and that might look like: 192.168.0.xxx then it won't connect as it would be the wrong network.

    Best would be to disable statip IPs completely and use DHCP. As you Modem does DHCP already and if your device is set up in the same way, then it should automagically connect.

    Also please share more information how you are connected to your modem (LAN or WiFi) and which hardware you are using for LibreELEC.

    If possible show a screenshot of the system information at the kodi settings. Maybe use your smartphone to do so.

    As you can see i didnt add a username or password as it doesnt require one when i use the shares.

    If you want to use that, you have to change the smb settings at LibreELEC settings. By default we don't support SMB1. So you need to change that. Be aware, that you will do that on your own risk as SMB1 is known vulnerable. So don't blame us if something weird is going on.

    SMB2/3 conntections do require a username and a password. Hence it's more secure as anonymous browsing for network shares was a SMB1 feature.

    A router is a router and not a NAS. Therefore it should stay what it is. I have a Fritzbox 7490 myself and completely disabled the NAS feature as AVM obviously is not able to provide an update for that problem. Furthermore they recommend to enable SMB1 again which is pretty nonsense.

    Als erstes...das hier ist ein englisch-sprachiges Forum ;

    Ich antworte dir dennoch mal auf deutsch, möchte dich aber bitte, weiterhin auf englisch zu antworten. Danke im Voraus.

    Habe alles anhand Schritt-für.Schritt-Anweisungen installiert, ging hervorragend.

    Welche Schritt für Schritt Anleitungen. Bitte einen Link dazu. Danke

    Die Zattoo-Box z.B. ist keine Alternative, zu dem was ich mir vorstelle, nur Mist.

    Was genau stellst du dir denn vor?

    Wisse bitte, dass es etliche IPTV-Listen gibt, die nicht unbedingt immer legal sind. Ich verlinke dir mal eine legale Liste mit den Sendern, die in deutschland kostenslos über IPTV zu empfangen sind:

    So richtig legale m3u? - IPTV - Kodinerds.net - Deutschsprachiges Forum zum Kodi Entertainment Center

    Das bitte eingehend lesen. Andere Sender, als in dieser Liste verfügbar, sind legal nicht über IPTV zu beziehen. Vor allem die ganzen privaten wie Pro7 oder RTL oder gar deren HD Versionen sind definitiv so nicht verfügbar.

    VPN mach ich erst wenn ich das Ding zum Laufen bekommen habe

    Du brauchst kein VPN solange du auf der legalen Seite bleiben möchtest. Für alles andere bekommst du weder hier noch bei den Kodinerds noch im Kodi-Forum irgendeine Form von Support.

    Dazu bitte auch folgendes lesen: https://kodi.wiki/view/official:vpn_policy

    Dies gilt für alle oben genannten Foren.

    Hatte mir den Raspberry eigentlich als Mediencenter ausbauen wollen, aber so wird das nichts.

    Natürlich wird das so etwas. Nur halt anders. Du brauchst für deinen RPi einen DVB-C Tuner (Cable = Kabelfernsehen). Diesen Tuner kannst du dann ganz entspannt per Antennenkabel mit deiner Antennendose verbinden. Dann musst du noch den TVH-Server und den Client (beides als Add-on im LibreELEC repo legal verfügbar) installieren und konfigurieren. Live-TV (abseits von IPTV) funktioniert in Kodi nach dem Client <-> Server Prinzip. Der Client ist das Frontend für Kodi und der Server das Backend worauf das Frontend zugreift.

    Du brachst aber dafür weder irgendwelche dubiosen Add-ons noch ein VPN.

    Nachfolgende Antworten bitte auf englisch. Danke
