Is my current hardware enough to play it ?
I'm afraid the simple answer is "no".
As far as I can tell, that is a 7-8 year old Ivy Bridge CPU/GPU, that was not designed to do 4K movies, and certainly not the h265/hevc format.
Your device is simply not capable of doing those videos. I might do 4K videos but only in h264 format (my C1037 can do that).

Is your data partition somehow set to readonly?
Check with Gparted or a similar disk tool.

Level 1 will not display the debug OSD.
In Linux, all folders and files starting with a dot are hidden.
In Ubuntu's File Managers you can use CTRL-H, or otherwise browse thru the menus to find the 'Show hidden files" option.
The storage partition is in the native Linux EXT4 disk format. So normally, Windows will not have a clue what to do with it.
You can access the userdata folder via a SMB connection to your Raspberry Pi, as LibreELEC has a Samba server onboard.
LibreELEC and Kodi however user SMBv2 by default because of the huge security holes in the old SMBv1 version.
Windows 10 with all the updates will use SMBv2 or higher as well.
With SMBv2 however, network browsing has been disabled and your Win10 machine user must have a password with its credentials.
Spelling our application name correctly would be a good start.

No, once there is a newer version active (82 instead of 81), and all works according to plan, you can drop the older database. Apparently one or more changes have been made to tmusic database. Don't forget to make the occasional database backup.

What database backend do you use for sharing the library?
His kodi.log file should tell us that, once he has provided it...
There is still one entry that did not vanish although I deleted the MyVideos116.db

The MyVideos116.db is a SQLite database file, so you will need to execute SQL queries to that database if you want to some cleaning.
Alternatively, there is also the Video Library Clean option in Kodi's GUI.

Turn on the TV first, then the RPi... LibreELEC needs to do a HDMI-handshake, which isn't possible when the TV is off.

"Importing" is perhaps not the best term for it, as media files will not be physically copied. You probably mean the metadata of your media files, be it movies, tv series and/or music files.

So... Are you sure you are actually running LibreELEC on your Vero device, because LibreELEC has no software releases for any Vero hardware.
Also OSMC looks a lot like LibreELEC, and Kodi in general, but it isn't LibreELEC.
