Where are the files located that contain the library entries? I want to ssh and clean them manually. Already tried to remove all files in .kodi/userdata/library/video/ but it didn't work
I can't clean some library entries out of my library, because I exchanged the hard drive

The MyVideos116.db is a SQLite database file, so you will need to execute SQL queries to that database if you want to some cleaning.
Alternatively, there is also the Video Library Clean option in Kodi's GUI.

There is still one entry that did not vanish although I deleted the MyVideos116.db
Fascinating. Without a database, nothing should be displayed in the movie section.
