I am using at least 10 sec as wait for network, Just to be save.

Or you could Set a wait for network delay at Options>Libreelec>Network...

I am using 20 sec. If the Network Connection is established before it Just Starts up.

If the Server and Client Runs on the Same device I would also suggest using the IP 127.0.0.1 instead of the "real" IP on the pvr hts client. If your Router fails at some Point your still able to watch TV on that device.

If you Set the resolution, and do a Restart so the setting is saved correctly, it should Work. It works for ne since years.

AFAIK the KODi skins are all 1080 max. So you should Set 1080 as your Resolution for the Menu and enable Resolution switching at Video start/Stop your TV should upscale the KODi GUI surface. This should Work at least If you start the First video.

Sounds Like your Network Connection ist Not established as TVH Service tries to start.

At Libreelec settings

Go to Connections there you can Change the IP from DHCP to a static address, Manual IP, for ipv4 and ipv6 seperatly, DNS-server and also Timeserver settings.

If you do a Backup from PC1 (Same Hardware as PC2) and restore it on PC2 you'll get 2 identical Systems which means also:

Same IP (If Set manually)

Same Maschine Name

Same kodi settings

Same Login (User and passwords) for Add-ons

Same advanced XML and so on.

As Long as the Platform ist the Same (x86 etc.) And If you Install the Same Libreelec/Kodi Version of course, It will Work.

You also can Set Automatic Updates to Manual but leave the Update notification on.

So you are getting informed about a new Update but, it will Not perform automaticaly.

I am Not using the HD Homerun pvr but I guess it has to be configurated somehow and as Long it is Not, it won't Work or load channels.

If the HDHomerun Video Plugin fits your needs, uninstall the HDHomerun pvr plugin.

Problem should be solved.

You have installed all 3 DVB Driver packages what/which Tuner are you using exactly?

Plus your using the homerun pvr?

Do you have a homerun Tuner in your Network?

If you are running multiple PVR Add-ons this is IMHO the root of your Problems.

The NFS Connection to your seagate ist Not working.

Delete the old Log, Restart the Rpi4 so a new Log is getting written, do your test. This new Log should be smaller and you can load it Up.

Shut down Windows while Holding the Shift Key.

Another thing could be, If you have Fastboot enabled at your ASRock BIOS. If so,deactivate it at least for Testing.
