same for me here, with audio_pwm_mode=1 I get dropouts, without sound is distorted with analog audio.

I'm using le 9.2 beta 2 on my rpi4 2 GB,
when watching mpeg2 livetv channels 720x576i50 or h264 1920x1080i50 audio gets out of sync.
I have to set deinterlacing to mmal-bob 1x to get sync playback
I noticed this behaviour first with beta2.
Could deinterlacing be improved to get back smooth playback?

Is there a chance to control the fan Speed with fan shim? Currently there is a turn on temperature and a turn off temperature.
It would be better to get a target temperature and control the speed of the fan to reach this to reduce fan noise.

I'm also experiencing crashes on my trn9 box with current nightly builds.

rk3328 box also crashes when copying large files or during a tvh recording, even with latest nightly.

I tested trn9 build
HDMI, spdif-Audio, CEC were OK
Ethernet/WiFi/BT were not OK so I couldn't test more.

I do not have a device tree for the trn9 box on mainline kernel currently, only roc-cc, rock64 and rockbox, I will try to add the missing ones before I create a new mainline testing thread and post all linux v5.1 images (later today).
Tried latest build, trn9 box booted but I got neither ethernot nor wifi, pvr.hts, tvheadend and oscam didn't work also.
So I coudn't test anything and rolled back to latest kernel 4.4 nightly where I'm experiencing crashes all the time.
Very frustrating.
