But I don't know. How to add driver.
At the linked gh pageNote: Kernel 4.2 has been released which contains a driver for mt7601u, this repository is now deprecated.
so I guess it should just work

have a good solution specific to pi
use milhouse builds the latest Kodi18 builds have several improvements at the HEVC department
Would be possible to fetch all current images and put it in local database for this forum?
not build in
Or if this not possible make default images little different?
there is no possibility besides the static "no_avatar.png", sadly nobody is using avatars these days for some reason (you can easily spot that at any other forum too)
Due the whole EU wide GDPR "improvements" we have to disable Gravatar.
As long the current GDPR situation is rather unclear it won't come back in near future.
Sorry for any inconveniences.
pls have a look at Mounting network shares [LibreELEC.wiki]
depending at used NAS (if it is horrible outdated) you may need vers=1.0
we currently automate the addon creation process, that should be soon finished and then up2date addons are at the repo again
hmm I didn't found something obvious, maybe we should ask piotrasd afaik he made it work last time
I think if I using Libreelec OS will solve the problem.
that device is basically not able to handle Kodi or Linux correctly/at all and there are very likely no drivers available to get some pic to the screen
sorry, not much we can do
is there any way to download the addon (from github) to install it manually?
not really without self compiling
Related question: is there going to be an leia alpha build for wetek play 2 soon?
yes soon, we already at "final" stages of releasing something - so I !guess! ~1 week
One that fixes the old problem but doesn't introduce the new one?
not yet, there is an fix but due the nature of that problem it takes some time to polish it
Edit: MMAL-Advanced works too for HD channels?
should work i guess
done, login changed also !
I am going to learn how to access to a log.
8.2.5 fixed that stuff but a kernel upgrade (an Linux land problem) added another bug Problems with DVBSky / TechnoTrend USB DVB-S2 tuners since LE8
it is no terrible bug but is likely not that "super stable" you are looking for
btw you can install the VNC addon at the rpi, then you can control the rpi from remote
Pls make sure you have an VNC or otherwise secured connection to your target box. Install the VNC addon and open the port at the router isn't secure at all (+ LE ships default user/pw).
trsqr (creator of that bugreport) is already trying to fix that issue, sadly its happen not too frequently so fixing takes more time as usual
did not mean to create controversy.
no problem
tbh never ever heard of this usecase, tx for explaining
tbh I am not sure I understand what you try to achieve
if it works
that looks good enough
