ok so I install it to nand and then put the remote.conf file and it's worked. thanks.

quitroot You need to supply remote.conf (e.g. from here: remote.conf). Your issue was remote not working after installing to internal and this should be fixed.
The remote control not working even from SD card (didn't install it yet).

Yes for me, please try.
Prepared SD card (also replaced to gxl_p230_k1_pro.dtb),
turned the device on from microsd card (by toothpick) and the remote control does not respond.

- improved installtointernal and update script to hopefully better deal with writing device trees
it's fixing ki pro remote control problem?.
thanks in advance

I installed dbt via TWRP using android update and now LE is fully running from NAND.
Unpack following archive to empty SD card.
Put card in box and restart it. If TWRP3 is not starting use toothpick method.
In TWRP install from SD card KI_PRO_dtb.zip. Use USB mouse to control TWRP.
Remove SD card and restart box.
kszaq try to find how to install dtb in nougat boxes.
for the first boot from sdcard (before using installtointernal command) , Is it necessary to replace dtb file with gxl_p230_k1_pro.dtb?.
Of course, after that, installing according to what you wrote (with twrp).

Is it safe to perform a backup on my previous device kii pro, and perform a recovery on the new device ki pro?.
Is there any reason to install everything manually (maybe drivers or somethinks else) ?.
Thanks in advance.

What was your original version Android ? (6 or 7)
I here read on the forums:
"... To work the remote control, you need to use the old version of the firmware (with Android 6). The new version of the firmware (with Android 7) changed the format of the processing codes for the remote control and this format is not compatible with existing images LE. Therefore, the remote LE will not work if you attempt to run LE on a version 7 Android. So for those who wanted to install the LE in the internal memory (eMMC), you need to have the firmware in eMMC with the previous version of Android 6. Only then, after the install LE in the eMMC, will operate the remote control.""
Can write old version of the firmware (with Android 6) and repeat everything ?
It's came with Android 7, And I don't have the older firmware files for this procedure.

I won't be able to check this until the beginning of next month.
We'll wait patiently. Thank you very much.

So if everything works good from msd card why you want install in nand? 'Never change running system'
1. NAND much faster.
2. more storage (16gb+32gb SD).
-
Maybe you have the files to restoring Android?
may work, after fresh install.
thanks in advance
news:
I found a link for android backup at cnx, I'll try and update.
ki pro [s905d]
done fresh install:
1. back to androd.
2. boot librelec (8.0.2b & gxl_p230_k1_pro.dtb) from sdcard - working well.
2. install it to nand (by installtointernal command).
3. reboot from nand - remote controll isn't working.
please help me...

Still unchanged. When running through the memory card everything works fine. As soon as I try to install into the internal memory even double attempt, it leads me to a situation where the remote control is not responding.
