It doesn't work because the release manager repeatedly forgets to enable it .. CvH
enable it on server side or missed it on image?
so just wait (server) or update manually (client/image)?

You can always update manually if you are anxious enough for the newest version.
Either by pressing the update button in the LibreELEC Settings Add-on,
or by placing the correct .tar file in the .update folder, and reboot.
I know,
but the question is not, how to work around, the question is: why it is not working and how could we (help to) fix this? Seems there are more users with the issue
best,
Meg
Same here, except getting no notification.
Update is set to auto, still staying at 9.2.0 (x86).
is there the possibility to trigger the check and/or auto update process (from cli)?
maybe GUI should have a simple “check now” button If it’s configured for auto update
gosh, sry had a brain bug and forgot half of the sentence
Put SD card at your RPi3, drop the LE RPi4 image to your update folder and also add an .nocompat file (empty file is enough) at this folder then restart. After successful update you use the RPi4 image at RPi3 -> switch cards and everything !should! be okay.
Sounds easy. But for me, after updating (9.2.1) and reboot it stucks on libreelec boot screen

Adding the following to coonfig.txt solves the issue:
So do you had success?
Will it auto update from 9.0.2 or do I have do start the upgrade manually?
thanks a lot
AFAIK LibreElec supports dual audio output (analog + hdmi) out of the box.
The /storage/.config folder supports user provided config in a specific list of folders and pulse-daemon.conf.d is not one of them. You'd have to recompile the OS image with changes to make that work.
Strange that wiki tells to use exactly this folder: pulseaudio [LibreELEC] ...
So where to put custom pa config?
Seems Pulseaudio ignore config files within this folder
Another question: When using combined sink, is it possible to sync (offset) the audio?
Thanks a lot,
meg
Why use login/password? Use discovery mode.
If you want to use Kodi volume, use Kodi mode (set mode in addon settings)
The name of the currently playing song is displayed on the screen in both modes, not in OSD though.
Would it possible to integrate such support? So lyrics and last.fm addon will work with librespot?
Also even when choosing Kodi as output device, the spectrum analyser/equilizer will not work
Thx for this awesome addon
