Thanks for support chewitt
Never thought ist's an Amlogic issue, I thought the LE team has disabled sysfs intentionally!
do you mean this ones: https://yadi.sk/d/dhepyyrcterlf
e.g. LibreELEC-AMLGX.aarch64-9.1-devel-20190608144541-a41fdf1-odroid-c2.img.gz ?
thanks again,
WebEye
PS: If you got a device with such an image, can you access "/sys/class/gpio"
This would save a lot of time for me!
Sry, hate bumping!
But seriously nobody?
I can't imagine nobody uses sysfs with Libreelec nor can explain, how to build libreelec to get this feature back!
It's no problem to build it myself, but I need hint, how to enable sysfs.
Meanwhile I tried CoreElec, they have still enabled sysfs, but I don't get warm with CoreElec and i love to have back my LibreElec
Thanks,
WebEye
Hi everybody,
this week I upgraded from LE 8.2.5 to LE 9.0.2
All seems to work fine, but now I realize, I've got no access to /sys/class/gpio/
I've got a second ir receiver connected via gpio and I have to set some gpio values.
Have I to compile LE with some different settings, or what is my fault?
Thanks for support,
WebEye
Hello everybody,
yesterday I upgraded fom LE 8.2.5 to LE 9.0.2.
My XBox-One IR works with my old ir-keytable config and out of the box as well!
But, what would happen, if everything works proper, after an upgrade?
So I realized, if I press a button often a little faster, some click events are skipped, or nothing happens anymore till I press another button!
So I played a little with some ir-keytable settings and found these ones for acceptable:
But these are not perfect compared with LE 8.2.5, so maybe someone has found out some nicer settings for this remote.
Thanks for support,
WebEye
PS: Great work with LE 9
Display MoreAfter that the Remote Protocol is changed from rc-6 to nec and everything works fine.
But after a reboot of the box i have to execute this three commands again to change the Protocol back to NEC and the delay time etc...
Hoy can I permanently "set" the Protocol from "rc-6" to "nec"??
Thank you....
you can add the lines to your autostart.sh stored in /storage/.config
remember to make this file executeable
Greets,
WebEye
works like a charm...
Thank you very much!!!
Maybe you can update the addon repository to deliver these new build!
Thanks,
WebEye
Thanks vpeter,
this works on my rp3; I've to do some testings with this.
But, can you do me a favour? This RP3 is just for testings, my main device is an Odroid C, so could you maybe do a rebuild for the arch64 platform too?
Thanks,
WebEye
Hi vpeter,
thanks for that, but I'm not authorize to open this part of the forum!
Maybe you can repost the solution here?
Thanks,
WebEye
Ssome news about this?
I saw this thread in Kodi Forums, but there seems to be no conclusion!
today I made a fresh installation on a rp3+, but still the installation of scummvm seems a little buggy.
So, when it's installed, it crashes...
And i don' know event where to put these .scummvm files
Thanks for advise,
WebEye
Could you try change the kodi database to local instead of mysql?
I had a similar problem with mysql, it was very laggy, the only solution for me was to replace mysql with mariadb....
Hello,
since LE 8.2, I had no more issues with my remote (using ir-keytable)!
Maybe you got another issue!
I don't know, how to compile LE on a Windows machine, maybe you should setup a virtual machine with some linux....
Good luck,
WebEye
Sadly no one?!
But I've got a walkaround solution; I set the output configuration from "optimized" to "best match". Now the clicking noise is gone, at least very quiet...
I think "best match" is not a worse setting, than "optimized", maybe someone has another clue and why this is happened at all.
Thanks,
WebEye
Hey All,
first of all, i havn't change anything on my audio settings or setup.
Since a few days I got clicking noise, when changing audio input codec,
eg when I listen to a audio playlist and the next song has another codec then the last one (MP3 --> AAC, or something)
I got this also when audio device get active/off
The most bothering one is, when I watch TV via DVB-T2 the tv-show changed and got another codec....
My setup:
odroid C2 via hdmi to Kenwood receiver
But I don't think, it's the hardware, as I said, it's since a few days, my first thought was, a related addon or something was updated, but I saw nothing
Can anybody help me, at the moment it's very annoying....
Thanks,
WebEye
Thanks for advice...
They wrote, this EDIMAX device has a good reception, but probably you're right....
WebEye
found EDIMAX EW-7811UN Wireless USB Adapter, 150 Mbit/s, IEEE802.11b/g/n on amazon!
Any doubt with libreelec?
Hi,
simple question:
Recommend WIFI USB Stick for Raspberry 1 B+
Can I do something wrong?
Thanks,
WebEye
sorry for bothering you,
but it's solved!
Just sharing the fix:
using CrazyCat / media_build — Bitbucket instead of git://linuxtv.org/media_build.git made it for me...
Everything is fine and solved, now....
Thanks,
WebEye
