Pi3 LE 8.1.0+ SMB not sharing

    i have a Pi3 and did a fresh install. i was on 8.0.2 and used the pi3 to share 1 drive on the network to access via another kodi. i noticed that the smb share after 8.1.0 on a fresh install wont see it on other kodi devices but is showing on windows network. im able to access the files fine via windows just other kodi devices dont see anything when selecting add source and smb.

    LE 8.1.x defaults to SMB2+ connections and most Kodi versions are only capable of SMB1 connections. Until other Kodi releases catch-up with SMB2+ support you will need to go into LE settings and set the Samba version to use min SMB1 protocol.

    ^ all of this is in the release notes that nobody bothers to read.
