Can I install LibreElec on Chromecast ? Or even through an OpenVPN is there a way for that, please provide me a guide.

1. Chromecast is not a supported device, so no.
2. OpenVPN is just VPN software, it does not aid in installing LibreELEC at all.

Im not asking what an OpenVPN or a VPN is, so dont push me back there. My core focus was to know how do I get LibreElec to work with Chromecast and escalade cleared that to me.
If I am not clear on something I will keep ask the community members

But you aren't aware of what a VPN (or what OpenVPN) is or what it does (and what it not does). That's why I pointed you back to thread you already asked about that.
It's not a problem if you don't get it (noone knows/understands everything). But for that reason, and the reason it's explained in the previous thread, I also posted the VPN Wiki. Probably that makes it more clear to you (if you bother to read it, ofc).
