Skype alternative Jitsi

i have been trying my hardest to find an alternative to skype (mum and dads skype has dissapered from their tv apps, thanks microsoft)
Ok so we all now skype kinder sux on linux.
what im after doing is using Jitsi in Docker. Obviously it will need some basic webcam drivers.. before i go and create one is there an image floating around anywhere with basic webcam stuff and Chrome ?

Now that Microsoft has launched Skype for Linux, it should be feasible to create an Addon for Skype.
This will make the use of LibreELEC and Kodi even more compelling.

Skype was available before, but required gtk or something silly, so the best bet is to try and run it in docker.

Even if you manage to run something in docker it will be running outside the Kodi GUI, so it won't be a great experience.
