this folder isn't accessible via the samba shares.

Or make a new samba share.
Open the samba shares and look in Configfiles for the samba.conf.sample file.
Open it in a text editor (eg notepad++) and add the following:
[Kodi]
path = /storage/.kodi
available = yes
browsable = yes
public = yes
writable = yes
root preexec = mkdir -p /storage/.kodi
[Storage]
path = /storage
available = yes
browsable = yes
public = yes
writable = yes
root preexec = mkdir -p /storageSave as samba.conf (not samba.conf.txt!).
Reboot.
You should have 2 new shares available - one pointing to the kodi folder, one to the whole storage partition.
I've never understood why that's not the default - it's literally the first thing I ever set up.

Hi I wish to make changes to Titan skin in Kodi 19, LE 10, I ssh to the root through WinSCP I can not seem to find any addons even embymedia for kodi, simple pvr. I will appreciate any suggestions

I think WinSCP hides folders that start with a point, so you need to change the settings to show it.
