wifi disappears

Hello all

I have an asus x751ma laptop that I run kodi on. I normaly try to run milhouse builds currently LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-9.0-Milhouse-20170618222919-%230618-g29c2544.tar

it has a ralink built in wireless and I tried a lynksys ae1000 usb wireless.

both dont show on the latest couple of builds.

any thoughts. or more info you may need?

A dmesg listing always helps to see what is inside your machine.

Alternatively, lspci -vv and lsusb -vv is also welcome.

this is with this build so wifi is working LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64.8.0.2

I will install the milhouse build and get that dmesg if you would like.

I should have said that we prefer to use the built-in pastebinit command for long(er) text pastes via SSH

Just like with dmesg, simply pipe the text to the paste suffix.

yes but to generate new links I would need to reload the stable version of libre and then get new links

little troubleshooting

wifi works but it seems video has issues

in LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-9.0-Milhouse-20170522220032-#0522-g0b589ed.tar

network dont work

sometime before LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-9.0-Milhouse-20170507210620-#0507-gbdb3738.tar

the video playback started to fail.

You don't need to link the .tar files... Just mentioning the build number will suffice.
