I have an ASUS CHROMEBOX-M004U and Installed LibreElec 8.0.2 and I cant get an IP address from a wired connection but does when on wireless I tested the cable and router settings all works. I know the wired connection works it worked when ChromeOS was installed.

Can't get an IP address with wired connection.

if you want to use the wired connection, you have to disable the wifi connection complete. IIRC, you can't do both.
If that still doesn't work, check if the cable is broken.

I disabled the wireless connection completely and it only gives an IP starting with 169....

How is your router configured? Does it use DHCP or did you set up static addresses for your devices?
Usually a 169.* IP means the DHCP server is not handing out addresses, or the device is not receiving any.

Yes DHCP all of my devices in the network are receiving ip by my router.

Did you specify an range for DHPC addresses? I did that mistake, too some time ago. So the router wasn't able to give that device an IP because every IP in that range was already given to other devices.

DaVu connman allows WLAN and Ethernet to be active at the same time, but if Ethernet is active it always has priority, e.g. becomes the default gateway to the internet.
pettwaya251 please do "dmesg | paste" after a clean boot (on WLAN) and share the URL generated so we can see the log.
