2 devices would like libreelec elec on if possible

I would love if I could get libreelec on eather or both of these devices.

Himedia q10 2014 (not pro 2016)
HiMedia Q10 Android TV box has the top configuration. It is equipped with the quad core Cortex A9 processor with Mali-450MP6 GPU,

Zidoo x9 (not x9s)
Mstar MSO9180D1R 1.5Ghz quad core processor and 2 GB of DDR3 RAM; like many competing devices, the GPU is a Mali 450

Is it possible ?
If not I guess it means new android boxes lol

Really want kodi 17.1 as this would boost some new life into the old girls lol

Both do not have an amlogic SoC, so you are out of luck in this part of the forum. (The Z9 apparently uses a MSTAR MSO9180D1R)

You could try to install the apk manual from the kodi webside. it's not libreelec, but you would have kodi 17.

That would not be possible, as "Kodi v17 now requires that Android devices run Android 5.0 or later". (See: Kodi v17 (Krypton) FAQ - Official Kodi Wiki)
