Harmony remote, please help!

My setup is nearly perfect except for the remote.

Can anyone give me a good step by step to set it up?

Going crazy with little remote!

The guide in my sig is what I've done - plenty of buttons - but it needs an update to include [HowTo] Register and use two remote controllers at the same time.
Combine the two and you can pretty much set it up as you want but still use the original.
