Libreelec 8.0.0 on Raspberry issue with .MTS Files

  • Hello,On a Raspberry Pi2 I have trouble Playing the .MTS (AVCHD) Files tat my Canson Legrio Camcorder records.
The problem startet with the upgrade to Libreelec 8.0.0 and was not present with 7.0.3 or any previous version - Openeelec included. The file plays slow, after 5-8 seconds after the start file caches again - and again after some time Libreelec either freezes that not even access via ssh is possilbe, or the Raspberry just reboots.

Other Videofiles that I have - don't show that behavior.
    What could be the cause.

  • Can you provide a snippet (or the whole file) of the file in question (if legal) to an upload site, so we can try and replicate the problem.

  • Hello,

I am not able to reproduce the issue anymore.
I had to reboot my NAS system, and since then the files do play. I still don't understand why only the files from the Camcorder had the issue, since I do have some other high quality video files that did play without visible problems.

So, I guess the problem was not Libreelec releated.
