Pci card

Hi everyone,
I'm new to kodi and Libreelec. I have motherboard Gigabyte GA-GC330UD and 2 GB ram . I would like to add PCI card Linksys WMP54G ver. 4.1 and some other brand less pci card.
The problem is it doesn't recognize pci card. Is the any way to add it ?

run "lspci | paste" and share the URL it generates so we can see what chipset is on the board; then we can figure out what might be needed

There is intel atom 330
