I've working with a virtual build from: Index of /releases
It works great but i can't install addons anymore. I don't have enough space.
How can I increase the /storage?

Doesn't VM allow you to resize partitions?
Did you allocate too little disk space before installing into VM? -

You want to increase the Disk Size before the initial boot as we will expand to use the entire Disk. By initial boot up I mean a clean install, use a new Disk image.
So resize the Disk in vmware first, then boot and it should give you all the Disk space.

I also tried to install LibreELEC via USB with Plop Boot Manager. I won't reconize the hard drive. It says: no device found. Can I only use te virtual builds? Or can I install LibreELEC myself to VM via USB.

You can only use virtual builds in vmware for now until 9.0 where virtual has been merged into generic.

Not for a while, it's just bleeding edge nightlies for now I believe. Stable 9 won't be released until after kodi "leia" stable is released.
