[x86-64] The “LibreELEC Configuration” add‑on does not start and it is not possible to launch ssh.

I’ve already read this topic, but how can I grant access to the LibreELEC configuration if SSH is unavailable? I tried to do everything via HTTP — it connects; I tried to access the files via the command line and enter SSH (also with a negative result); I can’t even view the folders in the system by IP — it doesn’t detect them. I’ve tried different versions of Kodi — either I’m stupid, or I don’t know. I’d be very grateful for any help.
