NFS not playing videos since libnfs update

This is exactly my experience of the issue.

Just a shot in the dark, but can anyone who is having the problem confirm if their NAS nfs server is running NFSv3, which is my case, and that the libnfs update is somehow "favouring" NFSv4?

On my Synology NAS the max. NFS protocol is set to NFSv4.1 and it‘s not working after the libnfs update.

Not sure what my QNAP is set to, but I haven’t had a chance to try the link chewitt posted.

eightball70 you said the file in the link worked in an earlier post correct? So no issues?

Is the Kodi NFS client configured for NFSv4? - the default is NFSv3

The client was set to NFSv3 so I downloaded latest nightly-20260825, configured it to NFSv4, rebooted and tried to play the file again, still not working.
