Reactivate a minix neo x8h-plus

According to the ISP under my server, they are currently performing a massive public IPv4 address range change, because the previous IP addresses can no longer be used due to a change of ownership. They promised to fix the problem by the beginning of this week, but it still doesn't work, so unfortunately neither the 3rdParty images nor the LE-AML repository are available until then.
