[RPi400] Memory leaks?

  • Just stop Kodi and clone the /storage/.kodi folder to /storage/.kodi-old then update to LE13. It will reuse existing config and you can easily revert back by swapping the folder around again.

  • I've tried nightly-20260520-e3962e6 (RPi4.aarch64).

The issue persists. After approx. 1 day memory consumption is up to 100% and Kodi/LibreELEC restarts or is unresponsive.

Next, I would try to rebuild my databases.

Why are there different (backup) version of the db's?

Can I savely delete MyMusic*, MyVideos*, and TV* and then rescan the library to rebuild the db-files? What about Textures and Viewmodes?

    TIA,

    Oliver

  • Stop Kodi, rename /storage/.kodi to /storage/.kodi-old and start Kodi again. You'll effectively have a clean install state. Copy back sources.xml and other config bits as needed. Or just delete the DB files and they'll be recreated.
