New Raspberry Pi install, no PVR addons

    I have a new SD card install on a Raspberry Pi 2 using libreelec 12.2.0 for Pi 2 &3. It works fine except it can't connect to the Kodi or LibreElec repositories, which prevents me from installing nextPVR. I have no PVR addon choices. Is there a fix for this, or is it the old Pi 2 having issues? I have used this version on a Pi 3 with no problems...

    Delay kodi startup for at least 40 seconds instead of default 10. Raspberry on wireless network tries to get repository information before network is up and its clock is set.
