Hi,
Apologies if this has been addressed before but I didn't see too much else regarding this particular issue.
I'm using a Raspberry Pi 4 and streaming content via PVR.
Everything works fine over HDMI but over the composite output the video and audio are slightly sped up. I'm going into an NTSC CRT TV.
I've added this to my cmdline.txt
boot=UUID=0701-4124 disk=UUID=783cd4a2-fc53-4b6d-a6aa-a7741a567f68 quiet video=Composite-1:720x480@60ie
and here is the (I believe) relevant parts of my config.txt
################################################################################
# Include distribution specific config file if it exists.
################################################################################
[all]
#include distroconfig.txt
include distroconfig-composite.txt
# uncomment to enable infrared remote recevier connected to GPIO 18
#dtoverlay=gpio-ir,gpio_pin=18
# uncomment to enable analog audio output
dtparam=audio=on
audio_pwm_mode=1

Curious if this is a known issue or something awry with my settings.
My Raspberry 3B seems to work ok with a similar setup and this 4 works fine over HDMI, just struggling with the composite out. I've tried another Raspberry Pi 4 with a barebones install, and with an older version of LibreElec and still getting similar issues.
Thanks for any help and sorry again if this has been addressed in the past!
If it helps, here are my debug logs:
