Hi I would like help with finding a way to get a HDMI signal from my Intel laptop to my old TV, I have installed Libreelec on the laptop but I can't get it to output a display on to the TV via HDMI. The TV is very old, what does work on the TV is a Xbox 360 with HDMI that works on the TV so I'm not sure how to get it to work with the laptop.

video=HDMI-A-1:1280x720M@60See if appending ^ to the kernel boot params in syslinux.cfg helps. It assumes the TV can at least handle 720p output.

No.
Add the code at the end of the last (run section) APPEND line, right behind "quiet", only separated by a space sign.
Multiple APPEND lines are not allowed inside of one section.
