[RPi5] Timezone Selection Missing from LE13 Nightly?

I installed the Aug_11_2024 13.0 nightly build to see if an issue I was having with USB 3.0 devices was fixed (it was, thankfully).

But when I tried to set the timezone country and city, those options no longer exist on the "Settings...Interface...Regional..." page.

Have those options been relocated, and if so, where?

It's been dropped from Kodi and we keep forgetting to merge https://github.com/LibreELEC/serv…ttings/pull/322 to solve the issue. I've now merged it, but the add-on (which we embed) now needs bumping in the main repo. That'll likely get done in the next couple of days.

I downloaded and installed the 2 latest RPi5 builds [20240816-018c547.img.gz (sha256), 20240815-f02cf5d.img.gz (sha256)], and neither had the timezone country and city restored to the regional settings options. I noticed the "bump" that referenced your effort to have them restored, so I just wanted to let you know that they didn't make it into these latest builds.

My timezone is set to Americas/New_York in LE settings, but the time doesn't change it's off by 4 hours and 3 minutes, tried setting NTP servers but doesn't seem to have any affect, i'm on nightly-20241007-128dd47 but it's been like that for a few versions now, any ideas?

logictester Enable NTP logging as described in this post, reboot and post a log.
