I don't see an option under "TV adapters" in Tvheadend. Looking at the output of 'dmesg' it looks like the card is being found but /dev/dvb is not being created.
Is there something I need to do to make this card available?

[ 5.798317] si2157: probe of 6-0060 failed with error -5 [ 5.798332] cx23885: cx23885_dvb_register() dvb_register failed err = -22error -5 is EIO and the error -22 is EINVAL; the latter is likely the result of the first. I've no idea what the issue is, just trying to save someone else some log reading..

I wonder if it's worth it poking around the BIOS to see what options there are regarding PCIe. This card is attached to a wifi to PCIe adapter, so maybe that configuration is causing some quirks.

I think I figured out the issue!
The m.2 E-key to PCIe adapter was not providing enough power. I plugged my PSU into the 'Berg' connector on the adapter and now I see the tuner in Tvheadend! Maybe the si2157 chip needs more power, or is powered separately than the cx23885 chip?

DVB cards are often power sensitive/hungry and need good PSU's to avoid problems. You're lucky the adaptor has the extra berg connector.
