I've just tested the latest nighly 20230310-91357b0 and it still has the "no signal" issue when configuring the Kodi desktop to 3840x2160 60 Hz or 23,98 Hz as soon as the AV receiver is not in the approriate entry when the RPi4 is booted.
It works well when setting the Kodi desktop to 3840x2160 25 Hz.
And all recommendations says limit desktop gui to 1080p.

You've picked the oldest nightly, the newest one (20241205) is at the bottom of the page.
Yes, the sorting is a bit confusing and you are not the first one to pick an old nightly by accident.

I have the same problem, the nightly its running is from november. Cant update because its not at my location right now.
