No hdmi-CEC as explained above. I turn that off anyways.
If others go down this path; As yamazuto dribbles about powering on and off on this box it doesn't have builtin CIR but FLIRC works fine. With putting the system in to suspend and waking it up. Libreelec doesnt have hibernation support, whether thats due to kernel support or lack of swap file... Don't mind at the moment, they're finally doing what they're supposed to do. 
The bios says it supports wake from S3 and S4 so hibernation may be possible. Will probably look in to that later unless anyone thinks it's pointless.
