is there a possibility to watch ran.de with libreelec? Maybe there exists an addon or something. I didn't found for version 11.0.3.

Yep, install the Kodi Nerds repo. It's a good source of German streaming add-ons. Especially check out the "Joyn" add-on, which is a collection of multiple streaming providers, and was mentioned in the above link.
